- Most of the items listed on our website are shipped from our showroom/warehouse in Stillwater, MN. We use UPS and the US mail for all of our shipments. All orders recieved before 12 noon CST will be shipped that day. We do not ship orders on Sat or Sun and on US national holidays.
- Privacy & Security
- We will never sell your contact information to anyone. If you share your e-mail with us, we will send you an email thank you and a monthly newsletter. You can easily opt out of receiving our newsletter and special offers by checking a box that we include on every correspondence. We do not save credit card information after we are done processing your order, and we employ state of the art security systems on our secure web store.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you recieved a damaged or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible. If the item is damaged, please leave the item with the original packaging. UPS will want to inspect the item and the damages. If you receive the wrong item we will ship you the proper item with a prepaid pick up tag for the incorrect item. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please call us to let us know that you will be returning the item. Please send it in its original packagin to us at: Light Therapy products 5623 Memorial Ave N. Stillwater, MN 55082 We have a 30 day return policy. The requirements for this are as follows: The item needs to be in excellent condition and returned with all of its parts, manuals and warranty cards ets. YOu will be expected to pay for return shipping and your shipping charges from the original shipment will not be refunded. The original product price will be refunded to you if the above requirements are met.

- There are many ways to order from us. The easiest way, of course, is to place an order on our secure web store. But you can also call us at 1-800-486-6723 and talk with one of our friendly and knowledgable staff members. A third option is to send in your order via fax or mail. We have an order form in the center of each catalog. Call or send us an e-mail if you would like us to send you a catalog.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept PayPal. We run promotions during different times of the year for specific periods of time. These promotions are only valid during those specific times of the year. All prices are subject to change with our notice. You can sign up for "Price Alerts" on our store, so that you will be aware of any special promotions or price changes.

- If you create an account with us, you will be able to view not only your current orders, but any of your previous orders.
- Updating Account Information
- In your account, you will be able to view all current and previous orders. You will also be able to change your shipping and e-mail addresses. You will be able to sign up for Price alerts, make a wish list that you can share with family and friends.
